A friend of mine just installed the Seat Concepts gripper top on his 2024 TW200, and he keeps asking if it's going to lock him in place too much. He wants to know if it'll make shifting around on the seat tough or mess with putting his feet down at stops. Has ayone had experience with this setup?

Seat concepts gripper top on 2024 Yamaha TW200

I have a 2021 TW200 and added the gripper seat last year after sliding around too much on muddy trails. It keeps you in place better, but I can still move around when standing or turning. No problem putting my feet down at stops. It's a good upgrade if your friend rides off-road often.
